Cécile Simmons

Cécile Simmons is an investigative researcher focusing on extremism and online harms. She has worked for leading think tanks, NGOs and inter-governmental organisations. Her writing has appeared in publications including the Guardian, WIRED, Politico and Glamour, and she has appeared as an expert commentator on broadcast media including BBC Newsnight, France 24 and ABC News.

Her first book, CTRL HATE DELETE, is published by Policy Press (March 2025).
