Wei Xiong

Wei Xiong is John H. Scully ’66 Professor in Finance and Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics and Bendheim Center for Finance at Princeton University. He is also Academic Dean of the School of Management and Economics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. He sits on the board of the American Finance Association, and has previously been Visiting Professor at the University of Cambridge, at Beijing, and at Northwestern. He has won multiple awards for his expertise in economics and finance in both China and the USA. He has written on the Chinese economy for the World Bank, the Economist magazine, VoxChina, etc, as well as for many academic journals, and his work has been discussed in the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg.
