Sam Stephens loves games; they are woven into his DNA. Sam grew up playing games and he believes in their power to create connection, to make any event fun and memorable with friends, to get your own back on your foes… An inveterate gamer since early childhood, Sam’s question after supper is always ‘What shall we play tonight?’ rather than ‘What shall we watch?’

So who better than Sam to come up with the book he has now written, The Joy of Games? It’s a fabulous compendium of over 50 games for people of all ages, split into sections - like children’s parties; picnics and street parties; quick games for any time or place.

When he’s not creating or playing games, Sam is a successful head hunter. The Joy of Games is his first book, and we hope not his last.
