Laura Wyatt-Smith

A certified digital wellness educator, professional coach, qualified teacher, and mum of two girls, aged 10 and 8, Laura has twenty years’ experience in some of the UK’s foremost youth organisations, including The Prince’s Trust, the Sex Education Forum, and The Scouts Association. She first became convinced that smartphone culture was the biggest challenge facing young people today while interviewing experts about modern childhood on her  podcast, Childhood Heroes. 

In 2023, she was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to travel to Silicon Valley and across California for a month to investigate the impact of smartphones on young people’s mental health. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, and her varied interests are connected by a commitment to supporting the wellbeing of working parents and their children. 

Day to day, she coaches busy professionals and working parents around their life and careers, and give stalks, workshops and training in wellness, work and leadership, parenting, childhood, and the impact of technology.
