L K Wilde

Award-winning author LK Wilde was born in Norwich but spent her teenage years living on a Northumbrian island. After studying music at university, she spent several years wandering before settling in Cornwall, where she raises her two crazy, delightful boys. The author of thirteen historical and women's fiction novels, her work explores resilience, lost voices, and the hidden histories of women. In 2024, her novel The Wives Left Behind won the Holyer an Gof Publishers' Award for General Fiction and in 2025 The Happy Place was shortlisted for an RNA award in the category of Romantic Comedy.
