Edvard Radzinsky

Edvard Radzinsky is one of Russia’s leading playwrights and historians. He has written over 40 books, including biographies of Stalin, Rasputin and Tsars Alexander II and Nicholas II. His work has been translated into 40 languages. After reading the Spanish translation of two of his books, Gabriel Garcia Marquez wrote: ‘Radzinsky is a subtle psychologist, well versed in people, both living and dead. He is a man who knows and, most importantly, loves his country. He understands her story. Who else can solve the “riddles of Russia” that have already become the talk of the town?’
