Tom Gabbay

Author of the Jack Teller series of historical suspense novels, Tom Gabbay began his career in New York, producing a series of award- winning animated films for the acclaimed children's program Sesame Street. Following a move to Los Angeles, Gabbay took on the role of Director of Comedy Programs at NBC television. His next move was to London where he became Creative Director of NBC Europe. Upon leaving NBC, Tom created and served as the Executive Producer of the 13-hour television series The Wanderer, starring Bryan Brown, which aired on Sky TV in Europe. 

In addition to his novels, Tom has written screenplays for Warner Brothers Television, the BBC, 20th Century Fox, and Hallmark. As a student, he contributed political cartoons to the Philadelphia Daily News. 

Gabbay has recently completed writing the eight-part series for television, Cold Front, which is based on his first novel, The Berlin Conspiracy. Details of the series, which has signed a major international director and lead actor, will be announced in early 2023.
