Rebecca Schiller

Rebecca Schiller is a writer, activist and smallholder. Her memoir, Earthed, is published by Elliott & Thompson and she is also the author of Your No Guilt Pregnancy Plan (Penguin Life) and Why Human Rights in Childbirth Matter (Pinter & Martin). 

Rebecca is co-founder and trustee of the human rights charity Birthrights, a regular contributor to the Guardian and other publications, and runs Mothers Who Write, a community for writers who happen to be mothers. She and her family work their Kent smallholding to raise animals, grow vegetables, fruit and flowers and restore wildlife to the land.
