Rebecca Schiller
Rebecca Schiller lives with her family on a croft in the north-east of Scotland. Before writing, she completed a Masters degree in War Studies, was a human rights campaigner and co-founded the charity Birthrights. She is author of several books and has written regularly as a journalist. Alongside running the Mothers Who Write community, she now spends her time working with and observing horses, constructing wobbly fences and trying to understand how to be human in a more-than-human world. Her memoir, Earthed, is published by Elliott & Thompson and she is also the author of Your No Guilt Pregnancy Plan (Penguin Life) and Amazing Activists (Walker Books). Her next book, The Hillside at the End of the World, is forthcoming in 2027 with Elliott & Thompson.
